I can help you grieve the expectations that weren't met, the changes that have suddenly happened and provide support as you seek wholeness. I provide affirming care that is focused not just on emotional support but also on the actions that can help you move towards living the life you want.
I also offer EMDR and other trauma informed interventions to help you process difficult or disempowering birth and pregnancy experiences. I can help you integrate the person you used to be with the person you are becoming now. We can work together to find new perspectives, new ways to cope and new ways to be.
