I will collaborate with you to ensure we are focused on the things you want to change and address. I can help you find confidence, process and move forward from difficult experiences and develop new perspectives. My approach is warm, affirming, integrative, dynamic, and trauma informed. I start from a place of acceptance and validation but I believe therapy should be more than that. I am committed to wading through the tough stuff and celebrating progress. I know that therapy works best if you are too.
